F. Sakr has been the founder and president of CMSM since 1992.
Throughout his leadership, he has successfully balanced CMSM's social mission with professional healthcare protection.

Mr. Ghassan Khoury is the Chairman, CEO and a shareholder at Magazins Généraux de Fanar (MAGEFCO SAL), Société Foncière Amchit SAL, Société Tilal Al Assal SAL and the president of the humanitarian foundation STOP HUNGER.
He is also a shareholder and board member at Société Joseph Khoury et Fils Holding SAL, Société Unie des Projets Touristiques Maritimes SAL, a board member at Club La Marina Dbayeh, the Social Medical Mutual Fund and an active member at the Maronite League, Central Maronite Council, Maronite Cathedral of St. Georges Beirut.
Aside from that, Mr. El Khoury is an author and has published four books at Editions Du Cherche Midi, France.
Mr. Arab is a Lebanese journalist, writer, researcher and the initiator of several cultural projects in the sacred valley of Kannoubine and the region.
He’s also in charge of publishing “Baldati” Magazine.
His published work includes: Patriarch Sfeir: “Guardian of Memories” 7 Volumes, "Lebanon: Land of Holiness and Heritage", "Christians and the Holy Valley", "The Caves of the Holy Valley" and many other books.

Tony is a Director and a financial controller.
Since 1992, he manages the relationship between employees and CMSM management, by creating a rewarding mutual culture and overseeing disciplinary action.
Member of the Lebanese Association of Painters and Sculptors.
Degrees: higher studies in Interior Architecture, specialization in Graphic Design from the National Institute of Fine Arts (Lebanese University) in 1972.
Dr. Rony Zeenny is the Interim Pharmacy Director and the Founding Director of the first PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program at the American University of Beirut Medical Center, Beirut, Lebanon.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Lebanese American University.
He completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at the University Of Tennessee Medical Center, Knoxville, affiliated to the University of Tennessee College of Pharmacy, Memphis, Tennessee.
Before taking his current roles, he spent over 9 years as a faculty at the Lebanese American University-School of Pharmacy and served as a director of experiential education for a 2-year term. He moved to the American University of Beirut Medical Center in 2016 as the Associate Pharmacy Director for Clinical Services heading adult, pediatric and oncology teams.
He is the Co-founder of the Antimicrobial Stewardship program at the Lebanese American University Medical Center in 2012 and the American University of Beirut Medical Center in 2017.
He is an active member of local and international professional societies including the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP), American Clinical College of Pharmacy (ACCP), and International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), and the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP).
Dr. Zeenny is currently the president of the Middle East Chapter of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy. In November 2018, he received Distinguished Service Award from the OPL during the 26th Annual Pharmacy Congress "in recognition of sustained contribution to the improvement of pharmacy practice and outstanding services to the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon".
In 2020, he was named Fellow of ASHP.

Mona is a dedicated Healthcare Administrative Professional with a strong nursing background and over 15 years of experience in medical insurance, healthcare operations, and quality management.
Guided by integrity, compassion, service, and excellence, she combines clinical expertise with strong leadership and administrative skills to support effective healthcare and insurance management.
Known for her professionalism, sound judgment, and collaborative approach, Mona is committed to optimizing processes, advancing quality standards, supporting high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results.
Her ability to organize, prioritize, and make informed decisions enables her to successfully navigate complex healthcare and insurance environments while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, compassionate service, and organizational success.
With a passion for helping others, continuous improvement, quality excellence, and operational effectiveness, Mona brings experience, dedication, and a people-centered approach to everything she does.
Accounting and Finance Manager with more than 10 years of experience, Jeanne D'Arc is known to be very dedicated to her work and highly motivated.
She possesses strong leadership expertise, and she was able to mark a turning point in the accounting department at CMSM.
Appreciated for excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while adhering to strict deadlines, Jeanne D'Arc also guides her team to follow accounting principles while respecting mutuality spirit thus ultimately reaching CMSM's objectives.
A CMSM member since 2008, Jinane is responsible for managing the Underwriting Department at CMSM, ensuring the effective implementation of the organization’s underwriting policies and standards.
She leads her team in alignment with CMSM’s goals, objectives, and quality standards, with a strong focus on meeting adherents’ needs and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
She oversees the interpretation and implementation of specific underwriting guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy, and sound decision-making.
Jinane also conducts a monthly analysis of the CMSM portfolio and closely monitors the production process, contributing to the effective management and sustainable development of CMSM’s population.
Pamela is a Biochemist and Pharmacologist with over 20 years of experience in the medical insurance sector.
As Medical Department Manager at CMSM, she leads and supervises the medical claims approval process, working closely with a qualified team to ensure accurate, consistent, and efficient medical assessment and decision-making.
She serves as a key reference in the medical assessment of CMSM adherents’ files, applying established medical underwriting guidelines and contributing to complex case reviews, risk assessment, and the continuous improvement of medical insurance practices.
Drawing on her extensive expertise and broad understanding of the organization, Pamela has also taken a leading role in CMSM’s digital and communication development.
Since 2021, she has been responsible for overseeing CMSM’s social media platforms and website, while also supervising the organization’s full rebranding process.
In 2025, she served as Project Manager for the creation and development of MyCMSM, CMSM’s mobile application, overseeing the project from concept through development and implementation, with the aim of enhancing the digital experience and accessibility of services for CMSM adherents.
She is also an official CII instructor.
Over 25 years of experience in the document management industry, Josephine is leading a team at CMSM responsible for the Document Management System.
